Short Biography

Sharmin Jahan Runa is an accomplished legal academic and researcher currently serving as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Law at Sonargaon University. She holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) and an MSS in the Specialized Master’s Program in Victimology and Restorative Justice, reflecting her expertise in legal studies, victims’ rights, and restorative justice. She is also pursuing an MPhil, further strengthening her research and academic contributions. As a dedicated educator, Ms. Runa is committed to promoting quality legal education, research excellence, and the professional development of future legal practitioners.
