Short Biography: Joydeep Chowdhury is a Lecturer and Assistant Course Coordinator in the Department of Law at Sonargaon University, Dhaka, and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He previously served as a Lecturer at The Millennium University, Dhaka. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. from the University of Dhaka. He has authored several peer-reviewed research articles published in national and international law journals, serves in editorial capacities for international legal journals, and regularly contributes op-eds and legal commentary to leading newspapers, academic blogs, and legal platforms, including The Daily Star, New Age, The Daily Observer, and the Oxford Human Rights Hub.
